All orders are subject to a min. spend of RM50 or 2 pints (before discounts).

We deliver to most locations within the Klang Valley (KL and Petaling Jaya areas) subject to the minimum order amount. Upon checkout, key in your address and we will let you know if the address is within our delivery coverage.

We have 3 delivery slots daily: 1-3pm, 3-5pm and 5-7pm. Please note that these are subject to change.

There is a flat fee of RM10. However, pickups can be arranged at any of our ice cream bars at no charge! Consider it a discount for coming by to see us :D

Should delivery be attempted and the recipient is uncontactable, an additional fee of RM30 may be charged for re-delivery.

Absolutely! Just like you, we feel that ice creams make for a perfect gift no matter the occasion!

Simply key in your recipient details in the Shipping Details during checkout, along with a personal message (up to 150 char) and we’ll take care of the rest!

We won't disclose any billing details including the invoice/ receipt to the recipient. The receipt will only be emailed to the biller’s email address as entered during checkout.

Yep, we deliver every day, including Public Holidays! That's because every day is a perfect day for boozy ice creams!

Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to deliver to locations too far away from our outlets. The last thing we want is for your ice creams to arrive melted!

Rest assured, we're constantly looking to expand our delivery coverage.

All allergens can be found under the product details. Just click on the specific item (ice cream and ice cream cakes) to see if it contains dairy, egg, wheat, soy, nuts or tree nuts.

However, please be advised that all our products may contain traces of allergens that may not be listed under product details as they are produced and served using common equipment.

We get it, size does matter ;). Our ice cream cakes range between 5 - 7 inches. The specific ice cream cake’s size and weight can be found under the product details.

Sorry! We are not able to write a message on the ice cream cakes. Fret not, there is an option for a handwritten message card (only our most calligraphically-inclined team members are responsible for this).

Sorry, all our ice cream cakes flavours and designs are fixed.

Each and every ice cream cake of ours are handmade by our talented team members. While we strive to make a perfect looking cake every time, there may be slight variations due to the nature of handiwork.

However, if the ice cream cakes fall below the acceptable standard, please take a photo and let us know via email drunk@theicecreambar.com.my and we will look into it ASAP.

We do not provide dry ice with your order. All our ice cream pints and cakes come with a reusable cooler bag that helps to keep your ice creams nice and frozen until you arrive home!

Ice cream pints can last about 20 minutes in the cooler bag, while ice cream cakes can last in the cooler bag for about 45 minutes only, depending on the environment. So, hurry back home and store it in your freezer!

All our ice cream products (especially ice cream cakes) MUST be stored in the freezer, not the refrigerator. Trust us on this, no one enjoys a soupy ice cream cake, haha!

Sorry, the fulfilment time for all online orders are within 2 days (including weekends!). But if you’re looking to get something urgently, just give any our locations a call here to enquire and reserve.

You can opt to pick up your order from any of our outlets here. We'd love to welcome you to our ice cream bar!

An order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox with your order details. Please make sure to check your Spam or Junk Folder if you have not received our order confirmation upon purchase.

If you are unable to find it, contact us at drunk@theicecreambar.com.my and we will send it over!

If you’re looking to send someone an e-Gift, just choose which e-Gift value you’d like to gift and proceed to complete your order. You (sender) will receive an email with the e-Gift link, and you can share the link with the recipient to redeem the e-Gift at our online store.

They come in denominations of RM20, RM50 and RM100.

The e-Gift can be used for any items on our online store only, subject to availability of item upon order. If the item price exceeds the amount of the e-Gift, the e-Gift holder will need to pay for the balance amount for it.

The e-Gift is valid for 6 months. The expiration date is stated on the e-Gift email that you will receive upon purchase!

Sorry! e-Gifts do not qualify for free delivery for orders amounting to RM180 and above.
